The EXEDY Code of Conduct

  1. Development and provision of excellent service and products.
    To achieve the highest standard of quality when providing goods and services to our customers exceeding all expectations. Fulfillment, being our social obligation.
  2. Fairness and honesty.
    We grasp and secure the principles of fairness, honesty and fair competition. These are the foundations of our corporations activities.
    We will also maintain a healthy and normal relation with local administrators and law makers.
  3. The just and quick disclosure of our information
    We will disclose the corporations information correctly, justly and quickly to the shareholder, and the general public.
  4. Constructive practices for environmental concerns.
    We will pursue the EXEDY Corporation Ideology, "Creation of Fulfillment" to realize coexistence with nature, within society and during all activities of the corporation, we will make an effort toward the protection and fulfillment of our responsibilities to the environment.
  5. Social contribution activities
    As a constructive citizen, we must consider our relationship with the local community and as a member of the corporation, while contributing positively to our society.
  6. To maintain a safe and fulfilling workplace environment
    We must work positively to promote a safe and productive workplace environment, where we will foster and nurture our fellow employees, respecting and honoring their ability and creativity.
  7. Confronted with an anti-social influence.
    When confronted with anti-social influence or behavior which threatens the order and safety of citizen life, we must pursue the appropriate moral action with strong determination.
  8. International Corporation
    As an international corporation who has an activity base globally, we must respect the habit, customs and culture of foreign countries.
    We must also make a sincere effort to contribute to the development of those areas.
  9. Our corporation's ethical standards
    Senior corporation management, have established the model " Principles of Work Place Ethics " and will follow and promote these standards through positive leadership to all employees.
  10. Problem Solving.
    When a problem occurs which conflicts with the ethical standards of our corporation senior management will announce the problem internally and externally of the company in an effort to correct the problem. The cause of the problem must be investigated to avoid any reoccurrence.
    Senior management will then disclose the information promptly to the society explaining clearly the issue while appropriating responsibility and taking action where required.
