August 1997 Company shares listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
September 1996 Listing of Company shares changed to the First Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange.
August 1995 Company name changed from Daikin Manufacturing. Co., Ltd to EXEDY Corporation.
April 1992 DK Pronac Co., Ltd. established in Higashi-Hiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture; Hiroshima Sales Office moved to this site.
March 1977 Company launches overseas operations with the establishment of Daikin Clutch USA Inc. in Los Angeles.
August 1975 Ueno Plant (now Ueno Division) opened in Ueno, Mie Prefecture.
